Tribe Girl
Since I was younger I have always been facinated with the Disney animated film Tarzan. Glen Keane's style of drawing Tarzan and being able to add movement to a character in a still frame cuaght my attention. Whenever Tarzan moved like an ape, using parts of his body for more then what evolution has given humans to do, always perked my interest. For example swinging on vines our going around on all fours was exciting to see.
So far the male character has been explored but i've always wanted to see how a female would fare. I don't have a name for her yet, but this tribe girl i've been drawing had come out of my inspiration from Tarzan. I have yet to draw her, like Tarzan, moving around on all fours or going around vines. So far though, i'm very proud of this concept.
